About Us

We’re a not-for-profit, helping to create safe, skilled and understanding salons across the country for minority and LGBTQIA+ people.

Inclusion was started by Nicola Wood, founder of leading hair & beauty salon, Kitui, and the incredible Wonderful Wig Company, where Nicola and her team have been transforming the hair-loss experience of cancer patients, people with alopecia and numerous other medical conditions. Through her work at Wonderful Wigs and over 20 years in hair-dressing, Nicola realised the need for safe, comfortable, welcoming and knowledgable salons for those with specific needs; be it options for hair-loss conditions, religious needs or options and spaces for members of the LGBTQI+ community.

Through training from our highly skilled and knowledgeable experts, we aim to ensure that anyone, from any community, can feel confident stepping into hair, beauty and wig salons; safe in the knowledge that they’ll have the right skills to meet their specific needs.
